Every living thing has an inherent nature, created by God. To know God, we must know ourselves. God did not create humanity in (original) sin, but in Truth.
“He created the heavens and the earth in truth. Supremely Exalted be He above all they associate with Him.“ Qur’ān 16:3
That truth, the innate recognition of the Creator in every soul is the fitra. When creatures align with their godly nature, they activate the potential for human perfection.
God is the axis of existence. When the intrinsic moral compass of the human being isn’t aligned to the gravitational force of divine guidance, we veer off course. When the hearts of men are not in the orbit of revelation, only destruction can they sow on Earth.
The primordial nature of man doesn’t just bind us to our Lord but to all of humanity. When inequality and injustice tear apart our collective bond, only a return to the Creator of all can heal our rifts.
Our Master Muhammad is the culmination of human perfection. May Allah’s infinite peace & blessings be upon Rasūlullāh, his pure progeny & folk, along with his gleaming companions, illuminated inheritors and all loyal followers until the Last Day.
